My personal feelings are that anyone wanting to buy or sell a home needs to know a little about the agent they are going to be working with as clients.  Since my wife and I moved into the Dells area just 3 years ago, it is even more critical on my part to put in the effort to introduce myself and my goals for the near future.  I appreciate your effort to look at this site.

Welcome to my first business website.  I have also created 2 other websites (Buttons Above and Right) along with being the administrator of the Christmas Mountain Golf Estates website (Button Above).The CMGE site has a massive amount of information for any prospective buyer of a home and is currently under construction, but still very usable.  We love CMGE and feel after viewing both this website you will understand why! 

A "Bucket List" Goal

Both Barb and I are living a great life style now, but I miss the challenges I had from my past work life.  This is not unusual for a retiree to look for other avenues for their energies--even at my age!

Barb and I have been married 47+ years and still enjoy each others company.  For many years I was not at home for the family--she was there.  Now, I am starting a new venture and she again supports my efforts.  All of our friends agree that she is as close to being a saint as anyone they know--for some reason I cannot understand this reasoning!  My desire is to see everyone I work with being as happy as I am today.

Purpose #1:  As a realtor I will be developing the site to enhance both buyers and sellers successes in real estate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  All the pages dealing with the business will be open to the public.
Purpose #2:  This site is just one of 3 websites I have started and each one has a theme.  The main theme for this site is to introduce the seller/buyer to whom Kimball Realtors are and my background.  But also, I intentionally wanted to be quite unique in my approach to real estate on this site.
